stereotypes don't exist in a vacuum

I was taking a break at work tonight, and wandering around the office a bit, and you wouldn't BELIEVE how many desks have a picture of a white engineer with his arm around a very fresh-off-the-boat looking asian girl. It's like an epidemic.

I mean, you see it all the time in the bay area, so it's not really surprising, just funny how universally true it is, and having evidence of it at work made me laugh.
