prostitution

You know, I was just thinking about prostitution.

It's illegal damn near everywhere in this country. However, making porn movies is legal.

If I picked up a hooker, paid her $200, and then filmed us having sex and called it an adult film, where do you draw the line between that and prostitution?

I mean, this has to have occured to someone before. Adult films are people getting paid to fuck.

If the argument is that porn movies are done for entertainment, then you could argue that bringing your buddy along to watch you have sex with a hooker is also entertainment.

I don't see how the two are different enough that someone hasn't challenged this in court.
