Congressmen want NASA to ax space plane

Could our space program be any more of a fucking mess? NASA runs around without any sort of good long term planning, and has awful bureaucratic administration, Congress is always trying to cut funding or scream about safety.. everyone has their heads up their asses and no one has any sort of vision about the United States' future in space, and it really pisses me off.
